The technical department of your company will draw the drawings for cutting, including cutting contours and marking content. The drawings will be imported into the software system for overall layout, output NC files, and then transmitted to the laser uncoiling and discharging production line system for coil laser discharging operation production. The coil material will be placed on the uncoiling machine through the loading trolley, and transported to the leveling machine through the leveling machine guide auxiliary device. The material will then enter the cutting area, Execute the laser cutting process, and after the processing is completed, start the rolling platform to transfer the finished workpiece to the output platform for manual cutting.

3、Technical parameters and equipment configuration

System Control: Adopting advanced CNC system algorithms, the system comprehensively controls functions such as associated air circuit, oil circuit, material rack speed, leveling, conveying, stacking, plate positioning adjustment, fault alarm, limit, and origin. Real time monitoring of cutting to ensure safe operation of equipment, achieving fully intelligent fault alarm and automatic reset, making the equipment safer, smarter, and more convenient.

Mechanical principle: The whole machine consists of an uncoiling material rack, a leveling unit, a feeding unit, a cutting unit, and a conveying platform.

Unwinding material rack: capable of carrying 7000kgs of coil material, infinitely variable speed adjustment, oil pressure tightening, one key conversion between forward and reverse, fast and convenient feeding and receiving, equipped with a feeding trolley, making feeding effortless, efficient, non damaging, and more convenient for storage. Expansion diameter: Ф 470mm - Ф 520mm, maximum coil diameter 1400mm, maximum coil width 1500mm.Leveling unit: Designed with an embedded quadruple frame structure, combined with pneumatic lifting and thickness motor adjustment, intelligent shutdown, and one key conversion of forward and reverse transmission, the equipment operates more efficiently, stably, and conveniently. Leveling thickness: ordinary carbon steel 0.6-2.0mm, stainless steel 0.6-1.5mm, material width: coil width 400-1500mm Leveling roller diameter: φ 90mm. Number of rolls: 15 rolls, two sets of back pressure rolls.

Leveling accuracy: thickness ≤ 1mm, accuracy ≤ ± 1.0mm/m2; Thickness ≤ 2mm, accuracy ≤ ± 1.2mm/m2.

Feeding unit: Designed for the company's patented technology, using patented feeding methods, combined with servo motors, to achieve high-precision and high-speed feeding, multiple feeding modes, feeding completion, automatic feedback, automatic zero correction of size, removal of cumulative errors, servo automatic compensation and other functions.

Cutting unit: The machine tool adopts a professional structure and undergoes aging annealing treatment. The transmission mechanism adopts high-precision guide rail racks, combined with Yaskawa servo motors, to ensure high-speed and stable mechanical operation of the equipment. The moving parts of the bed are equipped with an automatic lubrication system, combined with a professional CNC system to ensure smooth cutting operation, fast speed, and high accuracy. The laser source adopts MAX  laser, which can cut materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized sheet, etc.

Transmission platform: It adopts a rolling platform for transmission and can be used in conjunction with various related equipment, such as palletizers, production line transmission systems, automatic folding machines, robotic arms, etc. The transmission can be set to run in cycles or in batches.
