2-PB6 Series CNC Electric-Hydraulic Tandem Press Brake Machine Model

The series machines are used to press metal plate. With different dies, it could make various work-pieces, which are widely used in aero-plane , ship, auto, engineering machinery, electricity rod, transformer and other relative lines.The machine is driven by hydraulic pressure and controlled by CNC. It could attain quick down, slow-down of ram, pressure steady while working, quick returning and intermediate stop functions. Also, it could be driven as inch, single & continuous ways. It could be operated either single or double ways.The frame is welded by steel plate of good rigidity and strength.The ram run smoothly. Reposition precision, anti-eccentric load, work-pieces made precision are high because the use of circulation around servo control against CNC + electrical-hydraulic proportion valves linear encoder.The press in air and the one of different angles are available. The crowning device which is built into the table and controlled by CNC attain the precise deflection compensation.

V. Main structure and performance of the machine

1. All parts of the machine use CAD/CAE/CAM software to design so as to ensure the strength and rigidity of each part.2. This machine is hydraulic upper driven.3. The tandem press brake machine is mainly comprised of machine frame, working table, ram, main oil cylinder. The perfect design and manufacturing technology can ensure the manufacturing and using precision of machine. The technological procedures of main parts are as follows (please see Fig.1,2,3 separately for the structure stress design analysis of uprights, working table, ram)

Steel plate to warehouse →physical & chemical inspection→ steel plate ball blasting (dust-proof) processing → cutting through CNC flame cutting machine → cutting and processing to each welding junction plane → compound welding→ Air protecting welding → Vibrating aging treatment →processing through heavy-duty floor type boring and milling machine, heavy-duty gantry milling machine → fabrication4. The machine is the frame type structure, whose the installing faying surfaces of oil cylinders, lead rails, working table are processed at one time work holding through the technological procedures of heavy duty floor type boring and milling machine so as to ensure the parallelism and perpendicularity for each installing faying surfaces.5. The lead rails of machine uses the advanced self-lubrication material, which do not need the regular lubrication and care.6. The moving and positioning of left, right oil cylinders are controlled by CNC system, which is composed by the electrical-hydraulic proportional valves, optical scales, CNC system.Each axis can be programmed individually, and can be worked under programming so as to get the higher moving and positioning precision when pressing the work-piece. 8. The machine can work normally under the eccentric loading state because of using the electrical-hydraulic proportional synchronization which can enhance the anti-torque, anti-eccentric-loading capacity extremely. The deformation  of working table and ram is very little when pressing because of the higher designing rigidity of working table, uprights, cross-beam and ram. So, the workpiece can get the perfect alignment and same pressing angle. 9. The mechanical deflection compensation mechanism controlled by V1, V2 axes, please see Fig.6.

10. Front and back supporting table, each 1 set, on which there are rollers and easy to transport the plate.11. The machine has the side out-feeding mechanism so as to effect the out-feeding conveniently(Optional).12. CNC system is the suspended operating station which can swing freely within the operating area, which also have the free movable foot/manual buttons.

The DA-50T-series offers easiest CNC programming based on the Delem graphical touch screen user interface. The new compact DA-53T adds a state of the art complete touch control solution for synchronized press brakes. This panel based control, standard capable of controlling up to 4 axes, can be integrated in cabinets as well as used in an optional pendulant arm housing. Its 10.1" wide screen high resolution colour TFT, with industrial grade multi touch technology, gives access to the proven Delem userinterface. It enables direct “hot-key” touch navigation between product programming and actual production. Functions are located where needed, offering optimised ergonomics throughout the entire application. Machine adjustment and test bends are reduced to a minimum with a quick and easy program-to-production work sequence. USB interfacing enables fast product and tool backup using USB memory sticks. The standard machine control functions are Y1-Y2, X, R-axis and crowning. The second back gauge axis can also be set as Z axis.

VII. Hydraulic system

1.Y1,Y2 axis use the electrical-hydraulic proportional servo valve technique. Hydraulic system is made in Rexroth,Germany. Please see Fig.10

2.The oil pump: internal gear pump, Nachi,JAPAN3.The dynamic seal rings for main oil cylinder is made in NOK,Japan, which have the perfect sealing effect and long life.4. The oil level can be displayed clearly by the oil level meter set on oil tank, which has the oil filter mechanism and blocking alarm function.5. Extra loading overflow protecting function on hydraulic system.
